Daniel's parents requested that Daniel be present at one of their musical presentations. Melissa (TSA Staff) realized that based on normal pick up time and bus schedules, he would not make it. Melissa took the initiative and leadership to make special arrangements with Daniel’s house to transport him with the house van and his staff.
Melissa’s dedications to supporting our consumers and positive attitude of “make it happen” shows her value as an employee and her attention to detail goes above and beyond to “make it happen” and serve our consumers and their families as well.
